2002 Proprietorýs Tuscan Blend
This expansive blend of Sangiovese, the noble Italian variety,
Merlot, and Cabernet Sauvignon hits hard with flavors of black cherries
and red raspberries. Highlights of licorice and herbs make this wine a
strong partner with more complex meals. Drink now or cellar for the next
few years.

2001 Merlot
A light smoky nose followed by sweet black fruits laced with dried
herbs. A medium depth wine of ruby garnet color with elegant subtle
hints of cherry and cedar. This wine will enhance any non-overpowering
table fare.

2002 Chardonnay
Bright straw color, with a tropical nose of peach and ginger. Flavors
of lemon zest, butterscotch and coconut knit with a pinch of white
pepper. Finishes like a summer day. Pair with many dishes such as herbed
chicken and light seafood.

2001 Vidal
Sweet aromas of apricot and peach assault the senses along with
citrus fruit on the palette, fused with rich viscosity, matched with a
lingering, sweet honeydew melon finish. This allows diversity of food
pairing from light fare on a sunny afternoon to a spicy Thai dinner.
